We provide flexible terms customized to meet your needs, allowing for open discussions and adjustments. These vehicles are available in our showroom and ready for immediate pickup or delivery upon payment confirmation.
Delivery usually takes 3-5 working days, depending on your location, and we can arrange temporary license plates within 3 working days.

Vehicles “Partner” 🤝
The sales conditions for these vehicles are set by our trusted partners and are non-negotiable.
These vehicles are available at fixed prices for both individuals and businesses or through auctions during the pre-live phase (accessible exclusively to companies).
They come from unpaid financing contracts and are recovered from individual debtors or bankrupt dealerships. Before being auctioned to cover outstanding debts, each vehicle undergoes a thorough inspection by certified mechanics to assess its condition. Only vehicles in excellent condition is selected and listed for sale on our platform. Since a significant portion of their value has already been covered, they are offered at a reduced price.
We act solely as intermediaries, ensuring a smooth and secure process.
As required by law, the entire auction and sales process is supervised by a law firm or notary public, appointed by our partners, the legal owners of the vehicles, to ensure full legal compliance.
Each vehicle is accompanied by a certificate of non-pledge, guaranteeing that it is free from any outstanding debts or liabilities.
Vehicles labeled as “Reserved” or “Sold” are no longer available for purchase, as they have already been assigned to other buyers.
Origin and Condition of “Partner” Vehicles
Vehicles labeled as “Partner” are sourced from various European countries and stored in regional logistics warehouses located in the country of origin, managed by our partners. The country of origin is clearly indicated in each listing.
Each vehicle undergoes a thorough inspection by certified mechanics before being listed for sale on our platform, ensuring both its condition and the accuracy of the provided information. All vehicles are in excellent condition, with certified mileage and a complete maintenance history.
Warranty
Every vehicle sold through our platform comes with a one-year warranty or up to 25,000 km, contracted directly with the manufacturer and activated on the day of delivery. This warranty covers:
- Engine
- Transmission
- Mechanical and electrical components
The warranty is valid at any authorized service center of the manufacturer across Europe and is fully transferable if the vehicle is sold.
If the vehicle is still under the original manufacturer’s warranty, that warranty will take precedence and apply first.
Export Services
We offer export services across Europe and internationally, ensuring a seamless experience.
For customers in EU member countries who choose our delivery service, the final registration taxes are included in the delivery cost, and we manage the entire process.
How to Buy a “Partner” Vehicle
Option 1: “Buy Now” 🚗
This option allows both individuals and companies to purchase the vehicle immediately at a fixed price, without going through the auction process.
Once selected, the vehicle is removed from the auction, and the transaction is completed at the price displayed in the ad.
This option allows buyers to secure the vehicle with certainty, avoiding the unpredictability of bidding.
The prices displayed in the ad are determined by our partners and represent an accurate estimate of the vehicle’s value.
To finalize your purchase, download and complete the “Order Form”, then email it along with a copy of your ID or passport.
Legal entities must also submit their company registration certificate and VAT registration document.
After verifying the submitted documents and ensuring that your document file is complete, we will reserve the vehicle for you, and the purchase process will commence.
The file will then be forwarded to the notary or law firm overseeing the sale of the vehicle in question, who will contact you directly to guide you through the remaining procedures.
Option 2: “Bid Now” 🔨
This option is exclusively available for businesses, regardless of industry, and allows them to place bids during the pre-live phase of the auction.
Minimum Bid: The starting price for the auction. Bids must meet or exceed this amount; lower bids will not be accepted.
You will be notified within 24 hours whether your bid was successful. In case multiple bids are placed within this period, the highest bid will be considered the winning offer.
Pickup and Delivery Options for “Partner” Vehicles
Once your purchase is confirmed, the vehicle will be transferred to our showroom within 5-7 working days, where it will undergo a thorough re-inspection by certified mechanics to ensure it is in perfect condition.
Once the inspection is complete, you will be notified to arrange either pickup or delivery of your vehicle.
🚗 Pickup: You can collect the vehicle directly from our showroom at no additional cost.
🚚 Delivery: Alternatively, you can choose delivery to your preferred location. Delivery typically takes 3-5 working days, depending on your destination. For buyers in EU member countries, the taxes for vehicle registration are included in the delivery price, and we handle all the procedures.
Sale and Export Fee
A fixed fee of €350 will be added to the final price of the vehicle to cover the preparation of sales and export documentation, where applicable. This fee is all-inclusive, with no hidden charges, and ensures all necessary preparations for the sale and export process are completed.
Payment Methods for “Partner” Vehicles
To ensure a secure transaction, we offer two reliable payment methods. Select the option that suits your needs:
1. Bank Transfer 💳
By selecting this payment option, the buyer agrees to make the payment via bank transfer. Our company will prepare and send you the sales contract and proforma invoice, ensuring full transparency throughout the transaction.
Once the bank transfer is completed, please email us a copy of the transfer receipt, ensuring that all relevant details are clearly visible for verification. This will allow us to confirm your payment and proceed with the necessary steps for the vehicle’s preparation for pickup or delivery.
Please rest assured that your payment will be handled securely, and all procedures will be conducted in full compliance with the highest standards of professionalism.
2. Payment via Escrow Account 🏦
By selecting this payment option for “Partner” vehicles, your payment will be securely held in an escrow account managed by a trusted third party, such as a law firm or notary public designated by our partners, to oversee the auction and sale process.
The funds will remain blocked until you receive the vehicle and confirm, within 5 working days, that it fully matches the provided photos, description, and condition. This system eliminates the risk of non-delivery or discrepancies, ensuring that payment is only transferred to the seller once you confirm your complete satisfaction with the vehicle. You can be confident that your investment is secure.
Additionally, our partners cover all escrow fees, so you won’t incur any extra costs.
Full payment for “Partner” vehicles is required and must be confirmed within 48 business hours upon receipt of the sale contract or escrow agreement. Please note that financing options are not available for these vehicles.
Vehicle Inspection and Return Policy
🔍 Inspection Period
Upon taking possession of the vehicle, you have five (5) working days or up to 600 km to inspect and test-drive it. The vehicle is handed over with temporary license plates and full insurance, valid across Europe, allowing you to drive legally. You must notify us within this period whether you accept or refuse the vehicle. For “Partner” vehicles, we conduct a thorough secondary inspection before handover to ensure they are in perfect condition.
❌ Reasons to Refuse the Vehicle
You may only refuse the vehicle for valid reasons. These include discrepancies between the listing and its condition upon delivery, missing features, or any undisclosed damage or defects that were not communicated prior to the purchase. The conditions for refusing the vehicle are clearly outlined in the sales contract or escrow agreement.
📄 Refusal Procedure
If you refuse the vehicle, you must complete and sign the “Vehicle Return Form”, clearly stating the reasons for refusal.
💸 Refund Process
Refunds will be processed promptly, within 48 working hours after receiving the signed return form. The vehicle will be collected at our expense within 24 working hours of refund approval.
🎁 Voucher for Accepted Vehicles
If you accept the vehicle, you will receive a €1,000 voucher to use on a future purchase through our platform. This voucher is valid for one year from the date of issuance.
🚚 Delivery Failure
If the vehicle is not delivered within the agreed timeframe, you are entitled to a full refund, which will be processed within 48 working hours of the missed delivery deadline.
🛠️ Buyer’s Responsibility
You are responsible for conducting a thorough inspection within the five-day period. We recommend using an authorized service center of the vehicle manufacturer for this inspection.
Vehicle Delivery and Registration
🚚 Delivery
We offer delivery to any location within Europe and internationally. Vehicles are delivered either by our own trucks or through trusted partners. For long-distance deliveries that require maritime or ocean transport, we collaborate with partners to ensure a seamless process. The delivery fee is calculated at €0.50 per kilometer, and you can easily estimate the cost using our vehicle delivery calculator available on the listing page.
📝 Registration
We handle the vehicle registration for you, ensuring a hassle-free experience. This service is included in the delivery fee and is available only to EU customers who choose our delivery service and accept the vehicle within the five-day inspection period.
